  • All orders placed on Amazon are covered by Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee and Amazon's own return/refund policies. Please process your return directly through your Amazon account.

If You Purchased Directly from Na8ure.com

  • Unopened items: You may return any unopened, unused Na8ure product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • Opened items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used filters.
  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or you believe your filter is defective, please contact us at pure@na8ure.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your case.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at pure@na8ure.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and an address for shipping.
  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Notes

  • Shipping costs for returns (except defective/damaged items) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for your refund to appear.
